When mum says I got you new p.js”
She really means put them on and go to bed!”
When mum says go play outside”
She really means go away I’m working”
When mum says I got the cat some meat”
She really means feed the cat”
When mum says I think I heard the phone ring
She really means be quiet!
When mum says do the dishes NOW
She REALLY REALLY means it!
